Working for social justice in Christ-like ways is part of the mission of Spirit of the Cross. Through social justice ministries we give witness to the coming reign of Christ on this earth. We choose to live firmly into the United Church of Christ’s vision statement: “United in Christ’s love, a just world for all.”
Spirit of the Cross Social Justice Groups partner with like-minded non-partisan organizations that advocate for LGBTQIA+ rights, access to health care, criminal justice reform, voting rights, racial justice, anti-poverty initiatives, environmental justice, etc.
